GENERAL

HAY PRODUCTION

POND/STOCK TANK
Pond is approx. 3/4 acre with a full depth of 12 feet. Holds approx. 1.23 million gallons of water. Pond is filled by watershed run off, barn roof gutter drain to pond and water from well piped from 2" pipe. Pond was stocked (5-17-10) with flat head minnows/Coppernose Bluegill Sunfish/Northern Largemouth Bass/ Florida Largemouth Bass. WELL
Water is drawn from Carrizo Aquifer. Well was drilled 5-9-06. Water was found at 150' level ,final drill level is 480'. Pump is an over sized 5HP/230 volt single phase unit with an open discharge of 40 gallons per minute. Pressure tank is a Challenger 120 gallon unit. 2" poly pipe lines are run underground to the small front tank and the larger pond with individual valves controlling each one.

FENCING
3662' of side and rear fencing. 590' front fence. Side/rear are 48" High Tensile Cattle mesh fence secured on 3 3/4" drill pipe set in concrete. All corners and "H" braces are same material. Steel "T" post every 10' with pipe every 100'. Front fencing is same type pipe material, top and bottom rail, vertical pipe every 10'. Panels are 4"X4" X 5' welded wire galvanized panels. Front gate is 18' long powder coated gate. All pipe was Ospho treated and marine type paint at time of installation. Front panels are wire attached in order to remove them for periodic painting of pipe. Front gate area panels are welded to pipe.

BARN
Barn is 30'X50" metal building with 13' peak height at center. Front porch is 15'X50' with 3 exterior 52" ceiling fans. Switched rope lighting is in channel of porch. Exterior speakers are wired and ready for sound system. Rear shed (hay storage) is 25'X50'.
Barn was built 7-11-2006.
